Intel Gaming
The Intel Gaming microsite is the most enjoyable and challenging project I’ve worked on so far. All of the processes our team follows are magnified when we work on this section of the Intel site, and that makes the end product much more refined, stable, and fun.
From the months of work ranging from content creation to layout conceptualization to legal approval to coding to quality assurance to re-coding to client review to re-coding to final approval, the Gaming microsite is a monster of a project. And this time around we redesigned the whole thing - not just the homepage.
That said, I’m 100% satisfied with the result. I was able to code the way I like (not always a possibility when working on a website tied to so many other internal pages and subject to thousands of internal regulations) so the design and layout are completely CSS-driven. The Flash is implemented with FlashObject for validation and accessibility. The entire site is super-modular, so adding content is easy - despite the absence of a CMS. Yes, definitely 100% satisfied.
