Apple Store - Marraige Proposal

This is a really creative way to propose to someone. I’m not sure if it’s up my alley, but this clever young man romantically hijacked a very public site (Apple’s) to propose to his love. Watch until the end of the video to see him propose. The video is a time lapse photo series of the opening of a new Apple Store.

Mathematical Proof: 1 = 2

My little brother is a math genius. I kid you not. He sent me an e-mail yesterday giving a very simple but - obviously - true proof that 1 equals 2. Here it is for your thinking pleasure:

a=x

Add `a` to both sides:

a + a = a + x

Combine like terms:

2a = a + x

Subtract `2x` from both sides:

2a - 2x = a +x - 2x

Combine like terms:

2a - 2x = a - x

Factor out a ‘2′ on the left and ‘1′ on the right:

2 (a-x) = 1 (a - x)

Divide both sides by `(a-x)`:

2=1

Voila!

Now, who can tell me why my brother is not only a mathematical genius, but also a joker?

Darth Vader Calls Emperor

This is one of the funniest things I’ve ever seen. It’s a guess as to what the phone call between Darth Vader and the Emperor would have been like - after the Death Star was destroyed. Truly hilarious.
